Damon Bowen
Mr. Bowen started working in the field in 1997, developing a substance abuse program at a youth facility. In 2000, he obtained his Certified Supervised Counselor of Alcohol and Drug Certification and continues to receive continuing education credits. He came to Tuerk House in 2004 as an addiction counselor and now manages the halfway house in Howard County.
