Elliott Driscoll
Mr. Driscoll is a seasoned administrator who has developed successful programs in both New York and New Jersey. He is a licensed social worker and addictions counselor as well as an avid proponent of the practice of Total Quality Management. Mr. Driscoll grew up in Baltimore, attended Loyola High School and has spent the last thirteen years in New York City. He is a graduate of the MBA program at Loyola College and the MSSW program at Columbia University.
