Mr. Smiley has over 25 years of experience in the culinary arts. He was an instructor at the Baltimore Culinary College and is a Garde Manager Specialist, capable of creating beautiful ice carvings and decorative displays. He brings to Tuerk House his love of the culinary arts and a commitment to his customers. Mr. Smiley has dedicated himself to serving his customers in treatment as he would his customers in a five star restaurant. He is an excellent supervisor and a true treasure, providing nutritionally balanced and palatable menus that Tuerk House clients truly enjoy.
