Kathleen Cunnane-Dodge
Kathy Cunnane-Dodge, RN, has recently accepted the Director of Nursing position at the Tuerk House. Having graduated from Anne Arundel School of Nursing program twenty years ago, Kathy brings extensive experience in the care and holistic treatment of the substance abuse and mentally challenged populations. She has worked in multiple treatment centers and dual diagnosed facilities in Baltimore City as well as Anne Arundel and Prince Georges Counties. She was instrumental in helping to implement the Buprenorphine Initiative in a leading treatment center in Annapolis in the early- to mid-1990s. Some of her recognized achievements include "Nurse of the Year" and "Most Valuable Team Player” awards in two premier hospitals. Kathy always deems herself a "nurses’ nurse" and refers to all her patients as the real educators in her career life.
