Paul Kulpinski
Dr. Kulpinski has been practicing medicine for 11 years. He has a special affinity for addiction medicine and is board certified. He is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of people seeking addiction services. Dr. Kulpinski is a caring, concerned and involved doctor who is committed to improving access to healthcare and improved outcomes for the addictions community. In addition to his contributions to Tuerk House, Dr. Kulpinski works in various inpatient and outpatient settings and is an assistant professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at University of Maryland School of Medicine.
