Ryan E. Smith
Mr. Smith is a licensed social worker with experience in substance abuse treatment and program implementation for the criminal justice system. Having managed the Adult Drug Treatment Courts for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City for over seven years, Mr. Smith has an extensive knowledge in coordinating multi-agency initiatives in an effort to address the epidemic of substance abuse addition in Baltimore City. Mr. Smith received his MSW from Howard University.
