Behavioral health needs—from addiction to mental health—can often be urgent and require immediate attention. To ensure we’re there for our patients when they need us, we offer flexible, accessible hours of service—with easy-to-make appointments available but not required—to provide total peace of mind.

Key Things to Know About Our Behavioral Health Admissions:

Inpatient Behavioral Health Services are available 24/7.
Outpatient Behavioral Health Services are available 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Behavioral health appointments are available to make, but not necessary to be seen.
Walk in, call us, fill out our contact form—there are various ways to be seen and cared for at Tuerk House.

Admission Process

Walk-in visits are welcome at 730 Ashburton Street. Alternatively, call 410-233-0684 or complete our online form to request an appointment. Be sure to bring your or your loved one’s picture ID and insurance card to the appointment.

At the appointment, an intake specialist will conduct an assessment to determine if Tuerk House behavioral health services are appropriate for you or your loved one.

If you or your loved one move forward with any of our behavioral health services after the initial assessment, an admission date will be scheduled.

Depending on availability, it may be possible to offer a same-day admission to you or your loved one.
