Tuerk House is the nonprofit community and behavioral health provider where everyone’s health is a main priority. In addition to our inclusive, accessible care environment, our experienced team goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel seen, heard, and respected during every encounter with us. Most importantly, our patients know they will always be warmly welcomed back into our care—no matter their current state of health or their insurance coverage.
At Tuerk House, we accept most major insurance plans; however, we’re committed to helping all people who are in need of community and behavioral health services, independent of their means.
Please note, the following insurances are accepted for all programs: Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, Medicaid, and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Medicare is just for OTP.
Our program is based on a sliding fee scale and is our way of offering medical services at a lower cost to families who meet certain requirements. Eligibility is based on family size and gross income. Patients are only responsible for paying for services according to where they fall on the scale.
